Catalina Kazi

Catalina is Legal and Compliance Counsel based out of the San Francisco Bay Area office. Prior to joining SR One in 2024, she spent over 5 years as in-house counsel focused on regulatory compliance at retail and institutional investment managers. She was also a Registrations, Inspections, Compliance, and Examinations attorney at the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Securities Division.

Catalina received her B.A. in International Relations from Florida International University and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts.
